About LoanInspection

LoanInspection is an independent tool that reads mortgage Loan Estimates. You upload the document your lender sent you, and AI reads every line, explains every fee, and grades your Section A total and your rate against the public record of what lenders actually charged and locked.

Who we are

LoanInspection is independently owned and operated. No lender, broker, or advertiser has any stake in it, and none has ever paid us anything. Full legal entity information is in our Terms of Use.

How the content is written

Every guide and data page on this site is produced under one standard, which we call LoanInspection Editorial: every number traces to a named public source, the method is published before you pay, nothing promises savings, and nothing is written to make your lender look bad. When the public record answers a question, we print the record. When it cannot, we say so.

Who pays us

You do, once. The inspection is $29. No lender pays us anything, there is no referral fee, and there is no lead to sell.
