Inspect your Loan Estimate

Nobody pays us but you

Updated 07/26/2026

LoanInspection is not a lender, not a broker, and not a comparison site. We have nothing to sell you after the report and no one to hand your file to. You pay $29. That is the entire business.

This page exists because in mortgage advice, who pays is the whole story.

The problem with free answers

Ask the internet whether your mortgage offer is good and almost every answer comes from someone with a stake in your loan:

  • Rate comparison sites earn money when you click through to a lender.
  • A second opinion from another loan officer is a sales call. They get paid only if you switch.
  • Even helpful forum threads end with "talk to my guy."

None of that makes those people dishonest. It makes them conflicted. When the advice is free, the advice is the advertisement.

What independence means here

If you are asking who can review your loan estimate without steering you toward a lender, here is what independence means at LoanInspection:

  • We do not sell loans or originate anything.
  • We do not take advertising, referral fees, or placement fees from lenders.
  • We do not sell leads. Your name is not the product.
  • We do not tell you to switch lenders or stay. We give you the measurement and the data behind it, and what you do with it is yours to decide.
  • The $29 you pay for your report is our only revenue. There is no second source.

Your report is graded by the same engine against the same public data no matter which lender wrote your Loan Estimate. No lender can pay to look better, because no lender pays us at all.

What happens to your document

Your uploaded Loan Estimate is used to build your report and then deleted automatically. We do not keep a copy, we do not share it, and we never contact your lender. It is never used to train the AI. The model that reads it operates under commercial terms that forbid training on what customers submit. The report itself stays available online for 7 days after delivery, then it is deleted too. Your PDF is yours to download and keep, so nothing you paid for is ever lost.

Why this matters for your wallet

A Loan Estimate is a legal pricing document, but almost nobody who reviews one for you is neutral. You pay for a home inspection precisely because the seller's agent saying "the house is fine" is not enough. Your loan deserves the same standard. A home inspection on the house costs a few hundred dollars, and almost every buyer pays it without a second thought. The loan is the more expensive of the two things you are buying, and reading it costs $29.
