02 What the mortgage AI does

AI reads your uploaded document line by line, explains every fee in everyday words, and grades your Section A total and your rate against public loan data. The report is yours, on the page and as a PDF you keep.

STEP 1: THE READING

The machine reads it

You watch your own document being read, with notes appearing line by line as the AI works through it. The promise that no human touches it turns into something you can see.

STEP 2: THE REPORT

Every line explained, the total graded

Your Section A total and your rate land on the real range. The report is yours to keep.

Your total$6,180

STEP 3: THE INDEPENDENCE

Nobody pays us but you

A free human review can carry bias, because it usually comes from someone with a stake in your loan closing. The AI has no stake. You pay $29 once, and that is the entire business.

No account. You never make one.

No contact information. No loan officer will call you.

No lender money. No advertising, no referral fees, no placement.

No file kept. Your document is deleted once your report is delivered.

03 How the AI grades, and where the data comes from

Every fee on your Loan Estimate gets explained in everyday words. Your lender’s own charges in Section A are also graded, because they are the fees the public record can measure.

BELOW RANGEYour number sits under the range borrowers like you actually got.
WITHIN RANGEYour number sits inside the range borrowers like you actually got.
ABOVE RANGEYour number sits above the range. The report shows how far above, and what makes up the total.

What lenders actually charged

Your Section A total is compared against the public record of what lenders actually charged on millions of real mortgages of your loan type and size.

Your rate

The market on your day

Your rate is checked against the daily index of rates lenders actually locked, adjusted for your specific loan scenario using the same national loan level pricing adjustments lenders apply. The grade reflects your scenario rather than a generic headline rate.

The grade shows its work

The AI explains what each fee is and what it pays for, then places your numbers on the real range and tells you where you sit in words a person can read. It earns nothing either way, since there is no commission and no lead to sell.
