Next you confirm a few loan details and see what your report covers. You pay at checkout after that, and the full report is $29.

If the AI can't read your pages, or your report doesn't arrive, email support@loaninspection.com and we'll refund your $29.

Your file is read by AI, never by a person, and it's never used to train the AI.
It's deleted once your report is delivered. If you don't buy, it's deleted 72 hours after upload.
There's no account to make, and we never ask for your phone number. No loan officer will call you.

Not sure it's the right document?

Every lender uses the same three-page form, so yours will look like this with your numbers filled in.

It says Loan Estimate at the top left of page 1, and it's three pages long.
The Closing Disclosure is five pages and comes later, near closing. A pre-qualification letter or a rate quote sheet isn't a Loan Estimate.
If your lender sent a link instead of a file, open it and save or screenshot each page.
